Regular exercise improves metabolism, reduces weight gain, and enhances hormone balance. In some cases, medications such as hormonal birth control, anti-androgens, or insulin-sensitizing drugs may be prescribed.

Women trying to conceive can benefit from ovulation-inducing medications or assisted reproductive technologies. Mental health support, including counseling or stress-management techniques, plays a vital role due to the emotional burden associated with the condition.

Managing PCOS requires consistency and long-term commitment, but with the right care, women can lead healthy, balanced lives.
