Why This Build Is So Powerful

You hit an enemy with Ice Shards, freezing them.
When a frozen enemy dies, the Iceheart Braehs item triggers a Frost Nova.
The Frost Nova freezes nearby enemies, who then die and trigger another Frost Nova.
This repeats until all enemies around you are obliterated.
Coupled with the Mythic unique Hail of Verglas, which multiplies Ice Shards damage by up to 100x and boosts all damage during its uptime, this build effortlessly melts elite packs and bosses alike.

Applies a damage multiplier of up to 100x on Ice Shards.

Grants a 40% chance to cast Frost Nova on killing frozen enemies.
